We're pleased to welcome Dr. Hoffman, a practitioner of family medicine, to the South Sandy Clinic. Dr. Hoffman earned his medical degree from the University of Utah and completed a residency in family practice at Idaho State University. He comes to our clinic from Grants Pass, OR, where he practiced at Grants Pass Clinic and Three Rivers Community Hospital.

Dr. Hoffman instructed medical students and residents as an adjunct professor at Oregon Health & Science University and gave yearly presentations to his clinic partners on topics such as immunization, PET scans, and the BATHE technique. Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, he has performed hundreds of colonoscopies.
