The Southridge Clinic is pleased to welcome Dr. Jana Parker, a highly trained dermatologist. Dr. Parker earned her medical degree at the University of Utah, where she also completed an internship through the Preliminary Medicine Program at the University's Department of Internal Medicine. She fulfilled a Dermatology Clinical Research Fellowship in psoriasis, also at the University of Utah. Dr. Parker completed an additional fellowship, researching cutaneous oncology at the University of Michigan's Department of Dermatology. Remaining in Michigan, she was a dermatology resident at the Henry Ford Health System's Department of Dermatology in Detroit.

At the University of Utah, Dr. Parker served as a community advisor to her fellow graduate students and chaired the Department of Dermatology's Student Advisory Committee. She volunteered for several years with the Office of Diversity and Community Outreach and served patients of all ages as a volunteer with Salt Lake County Aging Services and the Utah Department of Child and Family Services.

Dr. Parker specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology for adults and children.
